We’ve all felt the sting of the current cost of living crisis by now, which is why we have taken steps to help our staff during this time. In 2022, we made an early adoption of the April pay rise, as well as paying two cost of living payments to all members of staff. Our belief in people isn’t limited to those we support. As a Silver-accredited Investors In People organisation, we have a variety of both external and internal training courses on offer, including our Leadership Academy (an accredited course designed to develop the next generation of leaders within our organisation) as an option available to all staff.
