Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update:
Since 1973 Tyne has stood by the North East’s most vulnerable people and right now is no different. We’re working incredibly hard on limited resources to provide the best possible support to those who are homeless, at-risk, and in need.
As of 25/03/20, our head office at St Silas Church, Byker will be temporarily closed with the majority of staff remote working. If you need to get in touch please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on (0191) 265 8621 where calls will be answered between 10am – 2pm Monday – Friday.
Like most, we are constantly developing how we work in order to keep our staff team, residents and visitors as safe as possible, so please bear with us as we do so. Our housing and supported housing services, emergency accommodation provision Byker Bridge House and the Joseph Cowen Health Centre are still operating as key services. If you have any queries on this please let us know.
A special thank you and acknowledgement to our housing and support teams, who are continuing to provide guidance and help to those in need, ensuring everyone has a chance to get to a better place.
Keep safe and look out for one another.
