James joined Tyne with an extensive knowledge of both commercial and residential surveying and over 17 years working at Knight Frank as the Head of Residential Development department in Newcastle. Along with this James also has 9 years experience specialising in the residential sector concentrating on valuations for the major lending institutions and consultancy/agency advice to national housebuilders, private clients and public bodies.
