Keith is a Professor of Social Sciences at Northumbria University and specialises in research of social policy and public services. His research work has led to invitations to undertake research on behalf of local communities, to join committees and boards aiming to improve social and economic conditions and to help improve the delivery of local public services. Along with these achievements he had also worked closely with communities in the West End of the city to lobby the city council to rethink their going for growth housing demolition strategy.
Keith has been a member of our board since 2018 and is currently the chair of the finance and Risk Sub-Committee.
