Kevin has been with Tyne Housing since 2017 as our Head of Maintenance and Compliance. He started his career at Nissan Sunderland, where he spent 22 years before joining Northumberland County Council in 2008, looking after the repairs and maintenance department with a focus on electrical and plumbing trades as well as special projects
Here at Tyne, Kevin is responsible for overseeing compliance on all properties and their maintenance, including those occupied by the Farm and our managing agents.
