Richard joined Tyne as a board member in 2021 and is currently the Chair of the Asset Management, Safety and Development Sub-Committee. He is the owner of RCM Stocktaking Solutions Limited and has been since the company’s inception, providing effective stocktaking to the hospitality trade, including pubs, clubs, restaurants and hotels.
Richard has also spent time as a Housing Procurement Volunteer for the homeless charity Crisis, helping to find rental properties for people who were experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
