Admin Assistant (Governance)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Admin team here at Tyne Housing as an Administrative Assistant!

We are looking for someone who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be supporting the company secretary with tasks such as:

  • Servicing board and sub-committee meetings
  • Maintaining registers of shareholders and board members
  • Preparing for Annual General Meetings
  • Organising board events
  • Carrying out general administrative duties predominantly around the governance function for Tyne Housing Association and its subsidiary charity, Ouseburn Farm
