We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Apprentice. The role includes both external and internal communications, helping Tyne to build its profile using a range of both online and offline marketing tools
This is a full time position at 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday and you’ll be based at our Wilfred Street site in Byker, Newcastle. Our ideal candidate should be eager to learn and in the know when it comes to all things digital, social and communications. They should be passionate about making a difference through their work, and not be afraid to challenge and bring new innovations and ideas to the table.
- Digitally savvy. You’ll need to be an expert on all things social and keep up to date with key changes and innovations across the industry. You’ll be using our Website CMS and newsletter systems to post updates and share news as well as our creative platform ‘Canva’ to produce assets and imagery.
- A people person. People are at the heart of everything we do, you’ll need to be comfortable in building relationships with staff, service users and other key stakeholders to support in the sourcing and production of engaging content.
- A self-starter. There’s real scope to make a difference in this role, we’re looking for someone who can understand what we’re trying to achieve and run with it. You might be working on multiple tasks at any one time, from content creation to community engagement and then being responsible for tracking and measuring their success.
- An eye for detail & creative. You’ll play a key part in communicating our brand messages, so being able to develop great written content and understanding the importance of consistency, tone and an eye for detail is key.
