We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of ICT to join our team here at Tyne. This role comes as a result of our Strategic Plan identifying a significant investment in our infrastructure. In particular, we wish to improve our ICT capability so that our services run efficiently and we can demonstrate the positive impact of our work in the community and on the lives of vulnerable people.
Our ideal candidate will be experienced in meeting ICT needs across a business. This means implementing and overseeing the administration of systems such as financial accounts (we currently use Sage Intacct), housing management (currently Civica), CRM, personnel, outcomes and impact reporting (currently piloting Salesforce).
You will need to take time to listen to your inspirational colleagues and develop a strategy for procurement of the right systems that will help them to deliver the best possible services as well as using your experience and skills to manage multiple complex projects at any given time. You will be part of our Corporate Management Team and report directly to the CEO, as well as working at all levels of the organisation to maintain current systems, while scoping out our team’s needs for the future. To support you in your role, you will line manage an ICT Technician, providing them with opportunities to develop their own expertise.
