Westbridge Mental Health Resettlement Service is a unique project, delivered in partnership with Cumbria, Northumberland and Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust. It provides residential and clinical support for up to 12 adults who have been discharged from secure or semi-secure mental health hospitals, or prisons, with the aim of helping them toro reintegrate back into the community.

NHS staff are based on-site and they provide clinical help and assistance to the residents. The Support Workers are key to helping residents learn the skills to help them live independently – from cooking and cleaning to paying bills, navigating the benefits system, and even getting them back into work when the time is right.

We’re currently looking to recruit a housekeeper to join our team. This is an important role, helping to keep the house safe and clean for both staff and residents. You’ll play an integral part in ensuring Westbridge is the welcoming, supportive environment it should be, helping our residents to feel safe and secure as they gain confidence and move on into independence.
