As a Housing Maintenance Officer you will be responsible for ensuring that your patch of properties is well maintained, safe, and in excellent repair. This means that you will be carrying out a range of health and safety checks such as fire safety checks or legionella tests on water systems.

You will also be carrying out general property inspections, looking for issues that need resolving, raising orders, and working with our brilliant contractors to ensure work gets completed on time and to a high standard.

You will be working with a team of two other Housing Maintenance Workers as well as our Maintenance and Compliance Officer, all under the leadership of the Maintenance and Compliance Administration Manager

You will work closely with the Supported Housing Workers to help get empty properties ready to be re-let as soon as possible so that we can help even more people get to a better place.
