Westbridge Mental Health Resettlement Service is a unique project, delivered in partnership with Cumbria, Northumberland and Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust. It provides residential and clinical support for up to 12 adults who have been discharged from secure semi-secure mental health hospitals, or prisons, with the aim of helping them to reintegrate back into the community.
NHS staff are based on-site and they provide clinical help and assistance to the residents. The Support Workers are key to helping residents learn the skills to help them live independently – from cooking and cleaning to paying bills, navigating the benefits system, and even getting them back into work when the time is right.
We’re currently recruiting for an exciting and unique opportunity for someone to join our team at a management level to work closely with our health partners and the wider team to ensure Westbridge continues to provide exceptional housing and support services to those who need it.
