For over forty years we’ve been supporting our regions most vulnerable people. Building relationships, transforming communities and igniting real, lasting change. We do this through listening, learning and collaboration, working alongside our partner organisations who share in our belief that everyone deserves a chance to get to a better place.
Tyne was founded as a solution to the growing challenges we faced in the region around isolation, loneliness, homelessness and poverty. Today we’re still working to tackle these challenges, constantly reflecting on our work and our offering to ensure it meets the needs of those we support.
Our independence allows us to be flexible and tailor an approach around a specific, specialist area. When we see there’s a need we’re able to utilise our experience and expertise to ignite real-lasting change, developing people-centred projects that deliver results.
