At Tyne, we’re passionate about ensuring everyone has a voice on the things that matter to them. Our engagement programme provides an opportunity for residents and clients to get together and take action on issues that interest them. We’re helping people share their ideas, talents, experiences and passions to make a real difference.

Resident Consultation Group

Our Resident Consultation Group meets monthly and acts as a voice for the wider residents at Tyne. The group has a role in staff recruitment, overseeing the production of resident newsletters and ensuring that resident views are always included in all aspects of Tyne’s activity. We’re always open to welcoming new residents to join the group, as well as ex-residents who may have now moved on from Tyne.

Tyne Text

Our Tyne Text service exists to provide residents and clients with free, easy access to key messages and opportunities to feedback and engage with wider activities at Tyne. Launching in 2020, we’re looking forward to sharing details with all our residents and visitors soon.

What do you think about where you live?

Twice each year we ask residents to tell us about their home, and offer their suggestions and thoughts on how we can improve it. Each resident is given the opportunity to complete a questionnaire which is shared with the wider team at Tyne to implement any changes or suggestions. If you’re interested in how you can improve your home or would like to get involved speak to your support worker.
